Job Description

The HR & Admin Officer plays a crucial role in managing the human resources functions and administrative operations of an organization. This position is responsible for executing HR strategies, policies, and practices that promote employee engagement, compliance, and efficiency. The HR & Admin Officer collaborates closely with management to foster a positive work environment and maintain administrative systems that support organizational operations. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including interviews and on-boarding.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands or grievances.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans, including payroll management.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and policies.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.



Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR & Admin Officer or similar role essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices necessary.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrable leadership capabilities to manage staff and projects effectively.
