The HR & Admin Officer plays a crucial role in managing the human resources and administrative functions of an organization. Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including drafting job postings and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance management and employee relations issues.
  • Manage payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all times.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and manage office resources efficiently.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and publication of HR reports and presentations for management.
  • Facilitate a positive and collaborative workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
