Job Description

The HR & Admin Officer is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of human resources and administrative functions within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process including advertising, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave calculations in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee inquiries and issues, providing solutions and support as necessary.
  • Organize office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Participate in performance review processes and assist in training development initiatives.
  • Ensure the office environment complies with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Process and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR and administrative role of at least two years.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle various duties efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse employees.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and information with a high level of discretion.
