Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Housekeeping team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead with care and purpose, bringing the light and warmth of hospitality to every guest through your team and the standards you set. 

Responsibilities

Heres what youll do during a typical day:

• Supervise housekeeping operations: Allocate daily duties and oversee room attendants to ensure efficient and consistent housekeeping operations.
• Lead the housekeeping team: Support the training, coaching, scheduling and performance of Room Attendants to deliver service in line with Hilton standards.
• Maintain room quality: Conduct routine inspections of check-out and occupied rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation and guestroom standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure guest satisfaction: Anticipate and respond to guest needs, including VIP and special requests, while maintaining a high level of personalized service.
• Monitor facilities & maintenance: Inspect service areas, corridors and storerooms, report maintenance defects and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Drive cleanliness standards: Schedule and supervise deep-cleaning activities and special projects to maintain the highest standards across the hotel.
• Manage resources & inventory: Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment and stock levels to ensure effective control, availability and cost efficiency.
• Uphold Hilton standards & compliance: Ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards, hygiene, health and safety requirements while maintaining professional conduct and consistent housekeeping practices.

The following capabilities and qualifications would be advantageous:

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs is preferred.
