Housekeeping Order Taker

Job Description

Summary-

We are seeking a Housekeeping Order Taker to assist in coordinating and managing housekeeping requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Responsibility-

• Answering calls and responding to emails from guests requesting housekeeping services
• Coordinating with the housekeeping team to ensure requests are fulfilled promptly
• Maintaining records of all housekeeping requests and following up to ensure guest satisfaction
• Providing excellent customer service to address any concerns or special requests from guests
• Keeping track of inventory and supplies needed for housekeeping services

• Ability to multitask and prioritize requests effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and tracking information
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices
