We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our guests. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization while delivering exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations. • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established hotel standards and procedures, ensuring all areas meet quality expectations
• Stock and organize housekeeping trolleys with appropriate quantities of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and fresh linens before beginning your shift
• Inspect rooms thoroughly and address maintenance concerns or discrepancies, communicating issues to supervisors promptly
• Handle guest service requests professionally and courteously, responding to special needs with empathy and flexibility
• Adhere strictly to Lost and Found procedures, documenting and reporting any items discovered during room cleaning
• Respect "Do Not Disturb" signs and monitor room status throughout your shift, ensuring guest privacy is maintained
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and services to provide guests with accurate information when needed
• Uphold professional grooming standards and present yourself as a positive representative of the hotel at all times
• Conduct end-of-shift inspections of service areas, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and no hazardous items are left unattended
• Communicate relevant information to incoming shifts and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic and secure environment
  
  

• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department (preferred)
• Experience working in a 5-star or upscale property (preferred)
• Proactive mindset with a meticulous eye for detail and quality assurance
• Dynamic, energetic, and creative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism
• Strong physical stamina and capability to perform manual cleaning tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety standards, and sanitation best practices
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
