A Hotel Manager is a pivotal figure in the successful operation of a hotel.   • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase occupancy.
  • Maintain and improve the hotel's facilities, amenities, and allocations.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Analyze financial information and evaluate performance to improve business metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and relevant technologies.
  • Solid understanding of financial metrics and business accounting principles.
