We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all areas of our hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of the hotel. The Hotel Cleanliness Expert will collaborate with other department staff, adhering to established cleaning practices and protocols, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Passionate about maintaining impeccable environments, the candidate will also stay updated on the latest cleaning technologies and sustainability practices. Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning activities in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Implement and follow the hotel’s cleanliness and sanitation protocols consistently.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure top-notch cleanliness standards.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies to avoid shortages and ensure efficient restocking.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for the timely repair of facility malfunctions.
  • Address and resolve guest queries or issues related to cleanliness promptly.
  • Train junior staff members and new hires on cleanliness protocols and standards.
  • Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, assignments, and completed tasks.
  • Suggest innovative methods to enhance room cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities.
  • Report any damages or repair needs to the hotel management or maintenance team.
  • Participate actively in regular team meetings to discuss strategies and report progress.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and high-efficiency products.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during assigned shifts.
  • Effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests and colleagues.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shift patterns.
