Job Description

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within our esteemed hospitality establishment. Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, including bathrooms and living areas.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them for prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to maintain cleanliness standards and procedures.
  • Train and guide new housekeeping staff to adhere to our quality standards.
  • Conduct regular deep-cleaning tasks as part of routine housekeeping duties.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
  • Ensure that guest rooms are fully stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries swiftly and professionally.
  • Adhere to hotel brand standards and protocols in all cleaning activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information and hotel property.
  • Work with other departments to facilitate smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management on ways to improve cleanliness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning within a hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering immaculate cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle cleaning equipment.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and hazardous material handling protocols is preferred.
