Role Description The Hostess role at Raffles Dubai is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Hostess is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in the restaurant or lounge. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and escorting guests to their tables, maintaining an accurate waitlist, answering phone and in-person inquiries, and providing clear information about menus and special offerings. The Hostess collaborates closely with the service and culinary teams to support exceptional guest experiences, handles guest feedback with professionalism, and upholds Raffles Dubai’s standards of luxury service and presentation at all times.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact confidently and courteously with guests.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and professional Phone Etiquette.
• Candidates should possess experience with Reservations management, table allocation, and basic use of reservation or POS systems.
• Candidates should possess a polished, professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality front-of-house roles is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
