We are looking for a warm, professional, and well-presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow
• Handle guest enquiries and special requests professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
