We are looking for a warm, confident, and guest-focused Hostess to join our Aelia restaurant team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow efficiently
• Coordinate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with care and attention
• Uphold brand standards and service excellence at all times
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
