Host or Hostess

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Hostess to join our front-of-house team. The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

• Maintain an organized waiting area and manage guest flow.

• Answer phone calls, provide information about the restaurant, and assist with bookings.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any minor complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance, host station, and dining area.

• Assist with special requests and event arrangements as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Polite, professional, and approachable demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Basic computer skills for reservation management systems.

Hours:

• Part-time (approx. 6-8 hours per day).

• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays)
