About The Hospitality Training Programme

The DWTC Hospitality Training Programme is designed to develop the next generation of Emirati hospitality professionals through a structured learning and development journey.

This two-year, full-time employment programme provides participants with comprehensive training and practical experience across key hospitality functions, including Food & Beverage Service, Food Hygiene, Customer Care, and guest-facing operations. The programme places a strong emphasis on service excellence, communication, professionalism, and cultural representation to prepare participants for successful careers within the hospitality and events industry.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

• UAE Nationals holding a valid UAE Passport and Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) or Marsoom.
  
  

Age

• Between 18 and 30 years old.
  
  

Education

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
  
  

Language

• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
  

Availability

• To work full-time.
• Willingness to work a 9-hour shift, including shift work where business requirements apply.
