Home Care Nurse With DHA

We are currently seeking a compassionate Home Care Nurse with a valid DHA license to provide exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes across Dubai. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for patients requiring personalized health care outside of a traditional clinical setting.

Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive health assessments, administering medications, wound care, monitoring patient conditions, and educating patients and their families on health management and preventive care. This position requires a nurse who is adaptable, empathetic, and skilled in delivering care within a home environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor patients health statuses regularly
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and manage medical equipment as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication usage, and health maintenance
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate health records
• Ensure adherence to DHA standards and home care protocols
  
  

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA registration/license to practice in Dubai
• Prior experience in home care nursing or community health is preferred
• UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying home environments
