Responsibilities

• Provide education to patients and families on healthcare management and disease prevention.
• Document detailed patient notes and medical records accurately and timely.
• Ensure all nursing practices comply with established standards and regulations.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries or concerns and provide support.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions in achieving treatment goals.
• Support patients emotionally and address any mental health concerns they may have.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home care environment according to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license to practice in the applicable state or region.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in home care.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and nursing principles.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in patient care.
• Proficiency in documenting and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits.
