Home Care Head Nurse With DHA

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Care Head Nurse with a valid DHA license to lead and manage our home care nursing team in Dubai. In this senior role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with DHA standards and fostering a patient-centered care environment.

Your leadership will be key in mentoring nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and driving continuous improvement in home care services. You will also collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and their families to promote optimal health outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the home care nursing team to ensure high standards of patient care
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and home care protocols
• Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Coordinate patient care activities and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Manage documentation, quality assurance, and reporting related to home care nursing services
  
  

• Bachelors degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA license and registration
• Significant experience in home care nursing, with previous leadership or supervisory roles preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a multidisciplinary team
