Team Manager - Credit Card Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join one of the leading DSAs in the UAE, specializing in Credit Cards. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Executives specializing in credit cards.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize team performance.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance sales skills and customer service.
• Monitor productivity, set clear goals, and ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking industry regulations.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Drive exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Banking Sales.
• Minimum 1 year of team handling experience in the Credit Cards sector within the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and drive results through effective team management.
• South Asians preferred.
