Whats the Role?

We’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team in Dubai. You will have a passion for sales and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer outstanding service to our customers.

What does the role involve?

As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from small customers, traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, and managing cash and inventories.

What You Need Is

• Bachelors in engineering or an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in either retail or outdoor sales in a similar industry
• System Expertise; using systems such as SAP and CRM.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written)
• An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitude
• A proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals
• A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment
• Customer activation with focus and passion for results
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different level stakeholders and various function groups.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai
