We have created a unique dealership for enthusiasts of performance cars including Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, Lotus and more. We are growing and moving to a much larger facility in San Carlos, CA. We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Service Manager with experience servicing owners of high-end cars and self-driven to achieve better results for the service department.

Scope of Work

• Manage daily operations of the automotive shop
• Lead and support a small team of 2 highly competent technicians
• Build strong customer relationships and retention
• Drive business growth and increase shop revenue
• Manage operational reporting
• Maintain workflow efficiency and accountability
• Help establish a strong, positive shop culture
• Ensure ethical sales and repair practices
