You will screen and shortlist candidates quickly, coordinate with store teams to meet aggressive targets, and meticulously track weekly hiring metrics. This position is perfect for a results-oriented recruiter with a strong background in blue-collar hiring for supermarkets or grocery chains who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is measured by the number of successful hires.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in blue-collar or frontline recruitment.

▸ Verifiable track record of personally hiring over 100 candidates per month in a high-volume setting.

▸ Direct recruitment experience within supermarkets, grocery chains, retail, or FMCG operations.

▸ Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates through non-traditional, non-LinkedIn channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook groups, and community referrals.

▸ Experience running and managing remote, bulk hiring campaigns across multiple locations simultaneously.

▸ Proven ability to screen and shortlist candidates efficiently using practical, role-relevant criteria.

▸ Experience hiring for a variety of frontline retail roles, including cashiers, store assistants, and warehouse staff.

▸ Ability to track and report on key hiring metrics, such as weekly hire numbers and time-to-fill.
