Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to support daily operations on our construction site. The ideal candidate will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain site cleanliness, and help with basic construction tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist construction workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled laborers as needed.
• Load and unload building materials and distribute them to the appropriate locations on-site.
• Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete and asphalt.
• Clean up work areas, tools, and equipment at the end of each day.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including wearing proper PPE.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Handle deliveries and inventory of construction materials.
• Perform other general labor duties as directed by the site supervisor.
  
  

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but not required.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
