Helper

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Helper/Cleaner (Female Only) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of both residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform cleaning tasks to ensure that our spaces remain spotless and presentable. The candidate should have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions carefully, and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain aesthetics.
• Sanitize and clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
• Perform general cleaning tasks in common areas and outdoor spaces.
• Handle and dispose of waste following proper waste management protocols.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms, ensuring availability of necessary items.
• Report any damages, deficiencies, or necessary repairs to management.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines diligently.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers effectively.
• Assist in organizing and tidying up areas after events or activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and handle cleaning equipment.
• Flexible availability, including weekend or evening shifts if needed.
