Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


· Design and rotate seasonal, macro-balanced menus

· Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and portioning

· Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and waste control

· Ensure strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards

· Train and lead kitchen staff


Qualifications:


· Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous (high-volume or meal prep background preferred)

· Strong knowledge of nutrition, macros, and healthy cooking techniques

· Expertise in menu costing, scaling recipes, and operational efficiency

· ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification

· Ability to work clean, fast, and lead by example
