Position Summary
We are inviting UAE Nationals to join our Core Vaccines Business Unit as a Healthcare Professional Engagement & Access Program Associate. You will support programs that improve how healthcare professionals (HCPs) access information and services. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues including medical, commercial, regulatory and operations. We value curiosity, clear communication and a practical approach to getting things done. This role offers growth: you will build programme management skills, deepen your stakeholder engagement experience, and contribute to improving patient care by enhancing HCP access.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of HCP engagement and access activities across the UAE in accordance with local laws, regulations and GSK policies (including anti-bribery, interactions with HCPs, and promotional codes of practice).
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, record actions and follow up to ensure timely progress.
- Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and programme deliverables in line with data protection requirements and GSK recordkeeping standards.
- Help develop educational materials and logistical plans for HCP events and digital engagements; ensure materials are compliant with medical and regulatory review processes before dissemination.
- Collect and analyse engagement data to produce concise reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide operational support for tender, pricing and access-related requests, ensuring adherence to procurement integrity and transparency requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- UAE National with family book.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business or related field.
- Strong written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HCP engagement, medical affairs, market access or commercial operations.
- Familiarity with the UAE healthcare landscape, hospitals and public procurement processes.
- Experience with CRM or stakeholder management systems.
- Basic data analysis and dashboarding experience (Power BI or similar).
- Project management training or experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
