Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated and dynamic Healthcare Clinic Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy healthcare facility. In this essential role, you will ensure high quality and efficient clinic operations, focusing on patient satisfaction, staff collaboration, and compliance with industry healthcare standards. The successful candidate will be a highly organized leader with a profound understanding of healthcare regulations, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach towards patient care. As the face of the clinic, you will be expected to lead by example, implementing strategic initiatives to optimize both the patient experience and the work environment for our staff of healthcare professionals. A proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for process improvement and patient service enhancement will be crucial to your success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations to maintain clinic efficiency and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations to uphold quality care.
  • Manage clinic staff, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clinic services and patient care.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the clinic team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of medical and office supplies.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to address issues, updates, and collaborative opportunities.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to align on patient care objectives.
  • Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns with compassion and efficiency.
  • Analyze and report on clinic performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of clinic equipment and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture focused on patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and morale.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in operational planning.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team and patient interactions.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
