Oracle is seeking a high-performing, customer-focused Health Industry Account Executive to drive strategic growth across healthcare markets in Africa and Turkey (excluding Egypt). Based in Dubai, this role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that expand Oracle's footprint within healthcare providers, health systems, ministries of health, public health organizations, payers, and related healthcare entities.

The successful candidate will leverage Oracle's broad portfolio of healthcare and enterprise solutions, including Oracle Health (EHR/EMR), Oracle Health Insurance, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and EPM), Analytics, AI, to help customers modernize operations, improve clinical and financial performance, and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage executive stakeholders across both business and clinical functions, identify strategic opportunities, and lead complex sales engagements that drive measurable value for customers while achieving Oracle's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Leadership:

  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the assigned territory of Africa and Turkey (excluding Egypt).
  • Develop and execute strategic territory, account, and opportunity plans aligned with Oracle's healthcare industry objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare providers, government health entities, healthcare payers, and related organizations.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.


Executive Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, healthcare leaders, clinical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Position Oracle as a strategic partner in healthcare transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions focused on business outcomes, operational excellence, workforce transformation, and patient-centric care.


Solution Selling & Industry Expertise:

  • Position Oracle's healthcare and enterprise application portfolio, including:
  • Understand customer priorities, challenges, and transformation objectives, translating them into compelling Oracle value propositions.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, digital health initiatives, and competitive developments across the region.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Solution Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Industry Specialists, Marketing, and Partner organizations to develop winning strategies.
  • Coordinate executive sponsorship and internal resources to support strategic pursuits.
  • Drive account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.


Territory Management:

  • Effectively manage a geographically diverse territory requiring regular customer engagement and travel.
  • Represent Oracle at healthcare conferences, executive forums, industry events, and customer engagements throughout Africa and Turkey.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking through Oracle sales tools and CRM systems.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, preferably within healthcare, public sector healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience selling cloud applications, healthcare information systems, EHR/EMR platforms, payer solutions, ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, EPM, analytics, or related enterprise technologies.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, clinical operations, healthcare policy, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success engaging senior executives and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Experience managing opportunities across multiple countries and culturally diverse markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, collaborative, and fast-paced sales environment.
