Job Description

The Health Care Quality Officer is a vital role in ensuring that healthcare services meet quality and safety standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare quality improvement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of health care regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
  • Proven experience in project management within a healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative efforts.
  • Certification in healthcare quality management (e.g., CPHQ) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate healthcare teams towards quality goals.
  • Proficient in using quality improvement tools and software applications.
