Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently met
• Coordinate table assignments, service flow, and staff schedules
• Train, mentor, and motivate wait staff
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Collaborate closely with management and kitchen teams
  
  
  

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
