Head Of Wealth Management

An asset manager in Dubai is looking for a Head of Wealth Management. This is a senior mandate focused on enhancing and scaling an existing wealth management platform to support growing assets under management and an expanding product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of the existing wealth management platform to accommodate increasing AUM and a broader product offering.
• Define and execute the strategic direction for the wealth management function.
• Oversee platform infrastructure, ensuring it is equipped to support sophisticated client needs and operational scale.
• Drive product suite expansion in line with client demand and market opportunity across the GCC.
• Provide senior leadership across the wealth management team, setting standards for client service, investment advisory, and platform capability.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Senior-level background in wealth management, with substantial experience operating within the GCC.
• Demonstrated track record of building out or significantly enhancing sophisticated wealth management platforms.
• Deep understanding of wealth products, AUM growth dynamics, and client relationship management at scale.
• Strong leadership credentials with the ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.
