Pacha New York is a large-scale music and nightlife venue located in Brooklyn, presenting global electronic artists, live performances, and cultural programming. Position Overview

Pacha New York is looking for a Head of Video to lead the design, operation, and integration of all video systems across the venue.

This role will oversee large-scale LED environments, media servers, and signal distribution infrastructure, ensuring seamless visual delivery and system reliability across all events. You will work closely with lighting, audio, and production teams to deliver immersive, high-impact experiences in a fast-paced nightlife setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage all LED and video systems, including large-scale screen environments and playback workflows
• Operate and oversee media servers (Disguise/d3, Resolume) and content playback systems, ensuring reliability and flexibility
• Design and manage video signal distribution, including fiber optics, converters, and network-based systems
• Integrate video systems with lighting, audio, and show control for seamless live event execution
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with large-scale LED systems, Resolume, and Disguise (d3) media servers
• Solid knowledge of Analog Way systems (mandatory) and video signal distribution (fiber, converters)
• Understanding of networking systems, including VLANs and IP-based infrastructure
• Proven experience in high-end venues, large-scale productions, or touring environments
• Strong technical and creative understanding of video systems and visual delivery
• Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking approach and strong problem-solving capability
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and live event schedules

Salary Range: USD 105,000 – 115,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
