About This Opportunity

We are recruiting a Head of Total Rewards and People Analytics for Group Function Global Operations (GFGO). This pivotal leadership role sits at the intersection of reward strategy and people analytics – shaping how we attract, retain, and grow talent while ensuring decisions are grounded in data-driven insights. You will set the vision and lead the design of innovative, business-aligned reward frameworks and analytics capabilities that strengthen both the employee experience and business performance.

The role can be based in any global location, but preference will be given to candidates located in EMEA or India due to time zone alignment.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with executive business leaders and People partners to align Total Rewards, People Analytics, and Workforce Planning with organizational priorities, ensuring solutions are impactful, future-focused, and scalable.
  • Design and evolve reward frameworks that are competitive, fair, and engaging, strengthening our ability to attract, retain, and motivate talent while enhancing the employee experience.
  • Lead the People Analytics agenda, using tools such as Power BI and SuccessFactors to provide proactive insights and guidance that shape fact-based decision-making at all levels.
  • Drive Workforce Planning by analyzing data, anticipating talent needs, identifying risks, and turning insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Embed governance, compliance, and risk management across all reward and analytics practices, ensuring alignment with global standards and data privacy requirements.
  • Manage budgets and resources for compensation and analytics functions, balancing efficiency with high-quality, impactful outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration across functions and geographies, building a culture where rewards, analytics, and workforce planning reinforce business performance and employee engagement.

What You Will Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in both Total Rewards and People Analytics (candidates must have demonstratable experience in both areas to be considered).
  • Proven success in shaping and delivering compensation and benefits frameworks within complex, global organizations.
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SuccessFactors) to provide insights that drive fact-based decisions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to organizational priorities.
  • Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders, lead large-scale initiatives, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management in the HR domain.
  • Inclusive, collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills and the ability to operate across cultures and geographies.
