Our client is a diversified UAE-based group undertaking a group-wide transformation initiative to improve performance, governance, and scalability. The organisation operates across multiple sectors and geographies.

The Role

The Head of Strategy & Transformation will lead strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and execution governance across the group. This role will support the board and executive leadership in defining long-term priorities and tracking delivery. A key responsibility will be managing cross-functional initiatives, performance dashboards, and transformation roadmaps. The role will also establish PMO discipline and decision frameworks. This position will act as a bridge between strategy and execution.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting. Strong exposure to multi-business environments and executive stakeholders is essential. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate analytical strength, executive presence, and change leadership capability. Experience building PMOs or transformation offices is a strong advantage.
