You’ll lead strategy, content, and performance across a portfolio of high-profile clients in government, luxury, tourism, and lifestyle.

What You’ll Own

• Craft and oversee social media strategies that actually work.
• Lead a growing team of social media managers, content creators, and community leads.
• Set the bar for Arabic + English content quality, tone, and performance.
• Drive monthly reporting, insights, and actions, not just screenshots of engagement.
• Liaise with clients, creatives, media buyers, and leadership to bring it all together.
• Stay ahead of trends, platforms, and algorithmic chaos — and make it look easy.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience (agency background a must).
• Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing social teams.
• Deep understanding of GCC social dynamics and Arabic content.
• Strong track record managing luxury, lifestyle, and government accounts.
• Sharp taste, strategic mindset, and presentation confidence.
• Performance-focused but culturally fluent. You get both.
