About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary Head of SAP Finance Product to bridge the gap between financial strategy and technical execution. In this pivotal role, you will not just "manage" our SAP landscape; you will own it as a Product. You will drive the roadmap for our SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, ensuring it serves as a scalable, automated, and compliant backbone for our rapidly growing Fintech operations in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-velocity financial innovations while ensuring strict adherence to SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) cybersecurity guidelines and ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

• Define the Vision: Treat the SAP Finance landscape as an internal product, creating a long-term roadmap that aligns with company goals (e.g., IPO readiness, regional expansion, new product launches).
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between Finance, Treasury, and Tech, translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP technical solutions.
  

2. KSA Regulatory & Compliance Leadership

• ZATCA Integration: Lead the end-to-end technical compliance for ZATCA Phase 2 (Integration Phase), ensuring seamless real-time reporting of e-invoices.
• Tax & Zakat Automation: Configure and maintain automated workflows for VAT, Withholding Tax, and Zakat to ensure zero-error regulatory reporting.
• SAMA Compliance: Ensure all SAP financial data processes meet SAMAs strict data sovereignty, audit trail, and cybersecurity standards.
  

3. Technical Architecture & Integration

• Core Fintech Integration: Architect robust APIs and integration layers between SAP S/4HANA and core Fintech systems (Payment Gateways, Core Banking, Treasury Management).
• S/4HANA Optimization: Oversee the configuration and health of core modules: FI (GL, AP, AR)
• Automation First: Drive the adoption of SAP BTP and Fiori to automate reconciliation, bank statement processing, and month-end closing cycles.
  

4. Team & Vendor Management

• Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Functional Consultants, ABAP Developers, and Product Owners.
• Vendor Governance: Manage relationships with SAP System Integrators (SIs) and external partners, ensuring delivery quality and cost efficiency.
  

Requirements:

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Masters/MBA is strongly preferred.
• CMA / CPA / ACCA certification is a strong plus (demonstrating financial acumen).
• SAP Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP Activate Project Manager.
  

Experience:

• 10+ Years of total experience in SAP Finance ecosystems.
• 3+ Years in a leadership role (Head of Finance Systems, Product Lead, or Solution Architect).
• KSA Market Expertise: Proven track record with ZATCA e-invoicing, VAT, and SAMA regulations is non-negotiable.
• Fintech/Banking Exposure: Experience integrating SAP with banking interfaces (Host-to-Host, SWIFT, SARIE) or high-volume transaction platforms.
  

Skills & Mindset:

• Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, ABAP concepts, and Fiori Apps.
• Product Mindset: Ability to prioritize features based on business value rather than just technical requirements.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly advantageous for regulatory liaison.
