Job Description

The role of a Head of Sales Division within an organization is pivotal, as the individual selected for this position will be responsible for steering the company's sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of its sales targets. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in a sales management position.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a high-level sales role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a team-building ethos.
  • Ability to devise and implement new sales strategies for business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
