Overview Of The Role

As a core member of the management team, you will represent the voice of the retail sales team and the customer in the boardroom. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance and growth for the brand across the UAE. You will lead strategic initiatives to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and brand standards.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
  • Drive performance across the national sales network, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the retail sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Represent customer insights and sales team perspectives in strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • 10+ years in automotive sales management, including at least 3 years at national/regional level, experience in American brands an advantage
  • Proven ability to execute sales strategies with measurable results.
  • Strong experience in achieving sales targets and managing customer conflicts
  • Solid understanding of OEM standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Extensive experience in retail sales within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • A passion for driving performance and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • English fluency required, Arabic fluency an advantage.
