GoSats is India's largest Asset rewards platform, backed by Konvoy, Y Combinator, Accel and others. Every time our users spend on our prepaid card or through 1000+ brand vouchers - they earn rewards in appreciating assets instead of points that expire. We've issued 150,000+ cards, we process 10s of crores in monthly GMV. We're now expanding from rewards into a full consumer money product: cards, payments, and passive wealth creation for the next hundred million Indians.

The role

Revenue at GoSats is no longer one line. Today it spans card interchange, gift voucher commerce, a large loyalty partnership with one of India's biggest e-commerce platforms, and brand deals — with mutual funds, insurance distribution, and a new card program launching next. Each of these has its own economics, partners, and levers. Right now, they're owned by the founders. We're hiring the person who owns them instead.

This is a builder-operator role, not a committee seat. You'll have a small team, direct access to the CEO, and a monthly revenue number with your name on it.

What You'll Own

• The revenue P&L across all monetisation lines : interchange, voucher margin, partnership revenue, and new lines you launch.
• Commercial deals: negotiate and manage economics with brand partners, aggregators, banks and asset partners - the take rates, revenue shares and cost structures that decide our margins.
• Pricing and unit economics: subscription/premium experiments, reward-cost optimisation, cohort-level contribution margins, LTV against a CAC we've worked hard to keep small.
• New revenue line launches: mutual funds and investment products, insurance lead-gen, credit - sequencing what we launch, with whom, and what it must earn.
• Monetisation of the existing base: Monthly transacting users whose share of wallet we've begun to earn. Cross-sell, frequency, and ARPU are your metrics.
  
  

• 8–14 years in consumer fintech or consumer internet monetisation - you've owned a revenue number at a B2C company (payments, cards, wealth, lending distribution, or commerce), not run a B2B sales org.
• Negotiated and closed commercial partnerships where the economics mattered - revenue shares, interchange splits, co-brand or affiliate structures.
• Worked with regulated products in India (cards, mutual funds, insurance or lending distribution) and understand what a bank or regulated partner needs to hear.
• Operated hands-on at startup scale: built the model yourself, ran the experiment yourself, then hired the team.
• Comfortable with data - cohorts, take rates, contribution margins without needing an analyst to translate.
  
  

• Multiple live revenue lines at real scale, but early enough that the monetisation architecture is still yours to design.
• A rewards model users actually love (our retention curves prove it) — you monetise engagement that already exists rather than manufacturing it.
• Founder-level ownership: you'll sit in board-adjacent conversations, and your number is the company's number.
• Competitive fixed compensation + meaningful ESOPs. We're transparent about being a Series A company: we pay fairly, and equity is where the outcome is.
