About The Role

Were looking for a Head of Market Research to lead the team responsible for delivering insights that power our critical strategic decisions. From identifying market opportunities and understanding customer behaviour, to supporting product launches and guiding brand strategy, your research will shape the future of our growth roadmap.
You’ll build and lead a high-performing team of researchers, partnering with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to ensure we always stay one step ahead of the market.

What Youll Be Doing
Leading brand tracking and consumer research across priority markets
Owning and managing ongoing survey panels, ensuring robust, statistically sound outputs on brand metrics and campaign effectiveness
Collaborating closely with growth leads and marketing stakeholders to align research with active and upcoming campaigns
Managing and prioritising the pipeline of ad-hoc research requests and proactive survey opportunities
Working cross-functionally with data analytics to integrate survey findings into automated dashboards and contribute to media mix modelling
Providing insight across the full marketing spectrum, from lower funnel performance to brand and sponsorship activity
Championing the strategic use of research to inform marketing decision-making at scale
What Youll Need
6+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or brand strategy, ideally within high-growth tech, fintech, or digital-first environments
Proven leadership experience in building and scaling research teams, with a track record of coaching talent and driving high-impact initiatives
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, segmentation, brand tracking, and user behaviour analysis
Solid business acumen and the ability to translate research into strategic guidance for Marketing, Product, and Growth teams
Experience working closely with executive stakeholders and influencing decision-making at the leadership level
Familiarity with research tooling (e.g., Qualtrics, Brandwatch, YouGov), data visualisation platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and integrating insights into broader analytics ecosystems
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of distilling complex findings into clear, actionable narratives
A forward-thinking and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for building a data-driven culture and driving measurable business impact through research
