This role will focus on working with regional sales managers to drive sales growth across our international regions, LATAM, Middle East, APAC, EU & Africa. Engaging regularly with the International Sales Leadership team, this position will play a key role in our regional GTM strategies to deliver results that align with our global ambitions.
Head Of Regional Sales Job Responsibilities Include
- Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate objectives; expand in core territories while accelerating entry into priority new markets.
- Own the number: deliver new business and expansion ARR with a disciplined focus on deal quality, velocity and win rates.
- Use market intelligence and data to anticipate trends and reprioritise swiftly where required.
- Lead, motivate and develop Regional Sales Managers; embed a coaching culture that drives performance and consistency across teams.
- Attract and hire high-calibre leaders; implement succession planning and career pathways to future-proof capability.
- Champion Salesforce as the single source of truth; implement AI-enabled forecasting, pipeline scoring and call/meeting intelligence to improve productivity and coaching quality.
- Establish consistent pipeline management, stage definitions and exit criteria; drive forecast accuracy and inspection cadence.
- Run monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs), forecast calls and structured deal reviews; partner with Finance on planning, OTE design and predictability.
- Set and monitor KPIs (coverage, conversion, cycle time, average selling price, retention/expansion) and hold teams accountable for delivery.
- Work with Marketing to align demand generation and campaign activity with sales strategy and regional priorities.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to ensure commercial insight directly informs the roadmap and market messaging.
Experience And Skills You Can Bring Include
- Proven success leading multi-region sales teams (preferably in EdTech or SaaS) delivering significant ARR growth across diverse cultures and markets.
- Demonstrable record of developing sales managers and teams, with measurable coaching impact and performance improvement.
- Deep proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales technology; practical understanding of AI-enabled tools for forecasting, enablement and coaching.
- Strategic, commercially astute and execution-focused; able to simplify complexity and set clear direction.
- Excellent communicator with strong influence at executive and board level.
- An Inspiring leader who fosters collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Additional information: This is role is a Hybrid role based out of our newly acquired Dubai office, with the expectation with some travel to other countries as needed. We are open to conversations outside of the UAE depending on experience.
