The Middle East is experiencing one of the largest infrastructure booms in the world — from mega data centers and giga-projects to the energy transition reshaping entire economies. Demand for reliable, intelligent power distribution has never been higher.

We are looking for a Growth Leader to capture this momentum and take our Electrical Products and Busbar Systems project business to the next level. This is not a role about maintaining an existing business — it is a mandate to grow one, backed by the full strength of the Siemens portfolio, brand, and regional organization.

Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented

You will lead and accelerate the profitable growth of the Electrical Products (EP) and Busbar Systems project business across the Middle East. You will own the regional project sales strategy, drive strategic project acquisition, expand market share, and position Siemens as the preferred technology partner for mission-critical infrastructure with a focus on Data Centers, Energy, Utilities, Buildings, Transportation, and Industrial markets.

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute the regional project sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Drive order intake, revenue growth, and profitability across assigned markets
  • Identify new infrastructure and industrial projects at an early stage and build relevant market intelligence
  • Expand market share and strengthen Siemens' competitive positioning in the LV portfolio

Leadership

  • Lead regional project sales teams to achieve ambitious business targets
  • Establish a high-performance culture focused on customer success and execution excellence
  • Represent the organization in executive meetings, negotiations, and industry forums

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue major project opportunities across the Middle East
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, utilities, and end users
  • Influence project specifications and secure preferred vendor positioning
  • Engage senior decision-makers throughout the project lifecycle and develop long-term strategic partnerships

Partner Ecosystem & Enablement

  • Improve partners' project hit rates through proactive engagement and support
  • Train partners and customers while supporting project specifications and solution configuration
  • Act as a trusted point of contact across all project phases, ensuring fast and flexible responses on the Electrical Products portfolio and power distribution systems
  • Ensure full compliance with Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines

Your Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the low-voltage switchgear industry within the ME markets
  • Expert-level knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) products and Busbar Systems, combined with a strong sales and business development background
  • Solid experience working with key consultants, contractors, and stakeholders in the power distribution market
  • Strong expertise in electrical networks, low-voltage switchgear design, and applicable standards and regulations
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to conduct product, market, and competitive analyses
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and market intelligence capabilities
  • Strong customer orientation and a growth mindset, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage, as are additional languages
