Role Purpos

eAs the Head of Property, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing the property strategy for ELR and MMI, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and strategic plans on both a local and international scale

Key Accountabiliti

• esLead the design, tender, and construction processes for new food and beverage and retail outlet
• s.Manage property acquisitions, leasing negotiations, and maintain high-quality relationships with landlord
• s.Oversee project budgets and capital investments, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial limit
