Job Title: Head of Product, Digital Brand (MENA)

About The Role
We are looking for a domain expert and cross-functional product leader to define and drive the end-to-end product vision for a new digital telco brand in the MENA region. This role carries full accountability for shaping a differentiated product experience, from pricing logic and churn control to UX design and AI-powered feature roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and business growth priorities.
The ideal candidate brings deep product expertise, a data-backed problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience building and scaling digital products in high-growth environments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define and own the product roadmap: Lead the development and execution of a bold, insight-led product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs (e.g., embedding AI capabilities into the core user experience and value proposition), in collaboration with the Circles platform team and Digital Advisory & Support Services (“DASS”) Value Proposition teams
- Drive agile product delivery: Oversee product delivery and feature development, including working in agile sprints to test, iterate and scale solutions quickly
- Ownership over needle-moving product initiatives and core product KPIs: Own core KPIs such as ARPU, churn reduction and engagement, with a strategic focus on intelligent automation and personalization of the customer experience through AI
- Product innovation: Identify and prioritize initiatives to apply AI and machine learning across the customer journey and experience
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the Circles Global Engineering and Design teams, and in-country Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure product launches are aligned with campaign timelines, messaging strategy and customer insights, such as providing product inputs into GTM efforts, refining user journeys and feeding user behavior data and AI propositions into roadmap decisions
- Build and scale a world-class product team: Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership and fast-paced execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10-12+ years of total experience, including 7+ years in product leadership roles with full ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Proven success in building and scaling consumer-facing (b2C) digital products, ideally in telco, fintech, e-commerce, or platform-based businesses
- Demonstrated deep passion or experience in integrating AI and machine learning into consumer product experiences, particularly in areas such as personalization, predictive analytics, or conversational interfaces
- Deep understanding of agile delivery frameworks, with the ability to work across engineering, UX, and commercial teams
- Ability to bridge technical AI capability with consumer usability and product-market fit
- Experience working with APIs, complex systems, and digital ecosystems at scale
- Strong leadership and people management skills; able to mentor product managers and associates and scale high-performing product teams
- Experience in B2C telco, digital services, or subscription-based models is strongly preferred
