As Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d) at Sentronics Metrology (a Nova Company) in Mannheim, you will take on a key leadership role in driving the divisional product marketing strategy for our high-precision metrology solutions within the semiconductor industry. Your mission is to translate complex technological capabilities into clear market value, expand our footprint with key global customers, and lead the full product lifecycle in close collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Application teams.

Responsibilities:

• Leading divisional product marketing activities, including management of 2 direct reports
• Driving technical review meetings with key customers to expand Sentronics AP market share
• Representing Sentronics at global trade shows, including SEMICON, and delivering speaking engagements at technology conferences
• Driving the divisional product development lifecycle in close collaboration with R&D and Sales
• Aligning cross-divisional segmentation strategies with MMD and DMD
• Acting as the primary representative of Sentronics/Nova across all company-wide marketing initiatives and events
• Developing and driving competitive positioning and value propositions to enable regional sales success
• Leading the divisional application function, including 1 direct report and ~8 application engineers
• Prioritizing headquarters-driven application activities
• Driving internal and external application development initiatives
• Aligning with internal and external stakeholders on demo development and execution

Requirements:

• Strong scientific background with at least a Master’s degree, preferably in Physics, Optics, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in leading technical marketing activities within the semiconductor WFE environment
• Deep, hands-on expertise in metrology requirements within semiconductor fabs
• Proven experience in working with key customers in the semiconductor industry (10B+ USD CapEx)
• Excellent Business-English communication skills, both verbal and written
• High willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)
