Head Of Product And PMO Fintech Dubai

A high-growth, multi-asset trading group is hiring a Head of Product & PMO to lead the performance of its trading ecosystem and the execution of strategic initiatives across global operations. The business runs two regulated trading platforms covering FX, CFDs and equities on one side, and crypto spot, perpetual futures, margin and copy trading on the other, serving retail, high-net-worth and institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a dual mandate sitting at the intersection of commercial product leadership and disciplined programme delivery. You will own the product P&L across crypto and traditional asset classes, shape monetisation strategy, and stand up the PMO function that governs how initiatives are planned, prioritised and delivered across the group.

What you will lead

• Product strategy and monetisation across all trading products, with continuous refinement based on performance data, competitor moves and market dynamics.
• Full product P&L ownership across crypto and traditional offerings, driving revenue growth, profitability and unit economics across every product line.
• Establishment and leadership of the PMO function, including governance frameworks, standardised processes, reporting and delivery tracking across all strategic initiatives.
• User acquisition, activation, retention and lifetime value strategy, with constant optimisation of user journeys, trading activity and product stickiness.
• Pricing architecture across trading fees, spreads and liquidity incentive structures, balancing competitiveness with revenue optimisation.
• Data-driven experimentation and delivery measurement, with structured frameworks for both product and programme outcomes.
• Cross-functional alignment across Trading, Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations, ensuring the PMO drives genuine coordination rather than reporting overhead.
• Global expansion and regional product adaptation, maintaining global consistency while tuning for local market fit.
• Leadership and scaling of both the Product and PMO teams, with clear KPIs, accountability and a high-performance culture.

What we are looking for

• 8 to 12+ years in product management and/or programme management, ideally within crypto, trading, FinTech or financial services. Proven track record of owning product P&L and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of trading platforms, market structures and monetisation. Experience establishing or running PMO functions and delivery frameworks. Data-driven analytical mindset. Track record of leading high-performing product and project teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Preferred: exposure across both crypto and traditional financial products, deep understanding of trading behaviour, liquidity and execution dynamics, multi-market product and delivery experience, and fluency with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.

PACKAGE

Base salary in the region of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per annum, paid in AED. Performance-related annual bonus. ESOP participation. Standard UAE benefits
