Head of PMO

A leading organization is seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Head of PMO to establish and lead enterprise-wide practices that drive execution of high-impact initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery standards

• Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring prioritization aligns with business objectives

• Monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization across initiatives

• Deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting to senior leadership

• Strengthen project governance, compliance, and audit readiness

• Drive delivery discipline, data accuracy, and cross-functional alignment

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in project/program/portfolio management

• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives

• Strong leadership presence with executive communication skills

• Expertise in governance, risk management, and strategic reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

• Financial services experience is advantageous
