About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of HR – CX to lead the People strategy for Tabby’s Customer
Experience organisation across the Middle East. Based in Dubai and reporting directly
to the Chief People Officer, this role oversees CX people operations and HR strategy
across multiple markets including KSA and Egypt.
You’ll partner with senior CX and People leadership to design and deliver scalable,
high-impact HR frameworks that drive engagement, capability, and performance across
a rapidly growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the regional People strategy for the Customer Experience organisation across KSA, and Egypt
Serve as the senior HR business partner to the CX leadership team, advising on structure, talent, and culture
Oversee all aspects of HR including business partnering, employee relations, operations, and capability development
Design scalable people programs that enhance engagement, retention, and career growth within large frontline and operational teams
Partner with regional leaders to forecast workforce needs and build succession pipelines for key CX roles
Align compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks with business growth and market trends
Champion the employee experience, ensuring onboarding, development, and communication processes reflect Tabby’s values
Drive continuous improvement through data and people analytics to support decision-making
Lead and coach a distributed team of HR professionals across multiple countries
About You
Proven senior HR or People leader in a high-volume or customer operations environment (2,000+ employees).
Skilled in building scalable people operations across multiple markets.
Data-driven operator, comfortable turning workforce analytics into business action.
Balances operational precision with empathy and communication excellence.
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, stabilize teams, and build new ones from scratch.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian and Saudi labor laws.
Comfortable with regional travel (Cairo, Riyadh, and Dubai as needed).
Preferred Experience
Proven track record leading HR for large, multi-country organisations, ideally within tech, fintech, or customer operations
Experience overseeing People teams in high-volume, customer-facing environments Deep understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labour laws across UAE, KSA, and Egypt
Strong capability in leadership development, workforce planning, and organisational design
Exceptional business partnering skills with senior stakeholders Data-driven mindset and comfort working in fast-scaling environments
Arabic speaking is a plus
