Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Design and implement performance management frameworks and training programmes.
Provide guidance on employee relations and foster a positive workplace environment.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in all HR practices.
Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and solutions.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of People & Culture should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in the Media & Agency industry, particularly in Human Resources.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
