Description
The Head of Operations will own end-to-end operations across Mnzil’s portfolio, overseeing property onboarding, operational readiness, day-to-day performance, and service delivery standards. This role is responsible for building and scaling operational playbooks across leasing, facilities management, housekeeping, security, and tenant experience, while leading and structuring multi-city operations teams and third-party vendors with clear KPIs, SLAs, and accountability. The role will drive property-level unit economics through cost control, margin optimization, yield improvement, and churn reduction, ensure operational readiness for new launches across buildings and cities, implement systems to track performance and incidents, manage vendor contracts and benchmarking, and ensure full compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and landlord–tenant contractual obligations.
