  • Own the Operational KPIs: Drive performance metrics across production speed, car quality, unit economics, and customer experience. Maintain transparent reporting and use KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline processes across inspection, reconditioning, logistics, delivery, and maintenance. Implement tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and scale.
  • Growing the Aftercare Ambition : Build and scale Kavak’s aftercare operations, including periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and value-added services that extend our customer relationship post-sale.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Commercial, Product, Tech, and Strategy teams to design and deploy solutions that reduce friction, improve delivery speed, and enhance operational alignment.
  • Customer Experience: Champion service excellence by minimizing complaints and resolving issues swiftly and effectively to exceed customer expectations.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage and optimize the full operations cost base from acquisition to post-sale servicing — ensuring strong unit economics and financial discipline.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and develop a high-impact team that can scale alongside Kavak’s rapid growth in the GCC.

  • Track record of owning KPIs and driving measurable improvements in throughput, cost, and quality.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and confident in analyzing large operational datasets to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and product teams to develop and implement scalable operational solutions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments; you act like an owner, think on your feet, and iterate quickly.
